1.0.0(alpha) (August 20, 2003) Used for my SFN 2003 presentation. How alpha release can be stable? Alpha in my understanding is when a developer thinks that the product works, but there is no documentation yet, so it is not ready to be called beta. Beta is the one with documentation, and final release happens when other people start to think that the product works.
